  • ZGS组合式变压器

    ZGS系列组合式变压器(简称美变),用于12KV环网供电、双电源供电或终端供电系统中,作为变电、配电、计量、补偿、控制和保护的成套装置。变电站内除装有变压器外,高压侧还装有四工位(或二工位)负荷开关、后备保护熔断器及插入式熔断器;低压侧按用户要求可装配控制电器、配电电器、补偿装置及计量表等。
    本产品吸收国外技术,结合国内实际情况硏制开发,变压器为S11-M、S13-M型。整台产品具有体积小、安装简便、低噪音、低损耗、全保护、维修简单、性价比高等特点,适用于新建小区、绿化带、公园、车站、码头、宾馆、工地、机场等场所。

    As a package unit for power transformation, power distribution, metering, compensation, control and protection, ZGS Combined-type Transformer (American type) is used in 12KV loop net power supply, dual power supply and terminal power supply systems. Except for transformers installed in the substation, four-station or two-station load switch, standby protection fuse protector and pull-out fuse are equipped in the high voltage module. Control apparatus, distribution apparatus, compensation unit and metering unit can be installed in the low voltage units upon customers' request.

    The models of the transformers in the product are S11-M and S13-M, and the product is developed based on domestic actual situation with a state-of-the-art technology brought in from abroad. Featuring a small volume, low noise and low loss with full protection, easy installation and maintenance, the whole set can be used in newly constructed communities, green belts, parks, traffic stations, wharfs, hotels, construction site and airports, etc.

    Structural Features
    Omni-sealed and fully insulated construction with small volume and compact structure, requiring no insulation distance to ensure the safety of human life;
    Available for loop net and terminal power supply;
    Significantly reduced operation costs through the use of overall and dual power protection with double sense fuse and standby fuse;
    Anti-corrosion design and spraying treatment for the body of the product, available for rugged environments.
    Low loss and strong capability of overload.

    海拔高度不超过1000m;
    环境温度:高气温+40°C,低气温-25°C;
     高日平均气温35°C,高年平均气温20°C;
    风速不超过34m/s;
    空气相对湿度不超过95%(25°C),月平均值不大于90%;
    地面倾斜度不大于5°;
    地震水平加速度不大于0.3m/s2;
    安装场所无火灾、爆炸危险、化学腐蚀及剧烈振动;
    安装在水泥平台或其它平整、坚实的平台上;
    油浸自冷。

    Air speed slower than 34m/s;
    Relative air humidity less than 95% (25°C), average value per month less than 90%;

    Earthquake horizontal acceleration less than 0.3m/s2;
    No danger of fire, explosion, chemical corrosion and shake in the installation place;
    Installed in a flat strong platform, such as a cement platform.
    Oil-immersed and self-cooling.

    注:
    1、台基设在地势较高处,四周向外排水,表面平整,能均匀承受组合式变压器的重量。
    2、内外壁及台基平台用1:2水泥砂浆抹20毫米厚。
    3、电缆室底面须向排水槽倾斜,以免积水。
    4、台基作法应符合JGJ16《建筑电气设计技术规程》有关规定。
    5、此结构为品字结构地基图,其它结构生产时由我厂另行提供。 Contour Drawing (M, N, C and W are provided by manufacturer based on the system diagram)

    Note:
    1。 The platform should be in a higher position whose surface is flat with good drainage and the capability to evenly bear the weight of the combined transformer。
    2. Both the exterior and interior surfaces and the platform should be covered with 20 mm cement and sand plasters (1:2).
    3。 The bottom of the cable room should incline towards the drainage channel to prevent water residual。
    4. The construction of the platform should be in conformity with the rules in JGJ16 Technical Regulations for Electrical Design in Architecture. 
    5. This structure is a ground plot for an inversed T shape product. Other structure will be provided by us when constructed.
