    YB系列预装式变电站(简称欧变)是一种将高压配电装置、电力变压器、低压配电装置三部分按一定线路方案紧凑组合在箱体内的预装式变电站。
    本系列产品用于户外及户内安装,广泛用于住宅小区、厂矿、高层建筑、车站、码头、公园、商场、铁路、临时工地等场所。
    本系列产品具有体积小、占地面积少、结构紧凑、造型美观、检修方便、生产安装调试周期短、无需专人值守、经济效益高等特点。特别是可以深入负荷中心,对提高供电质量、减少电能损耗、增强供电系统的安全可靠性以及对配电网路改造都起非常重要的作用。
    本系列产品除满足各自元件的有关标准外,还符合GB/T17467《高压/低压预装式变电站》标准。

    YB Series Prefabricated Substations (European type) combine high voltage power distribution units, power transformers and low voltage power distribution units in a box compactly with a certain circuit scheme.
    The product can be installed indoor and outdoor, widely used in residential communities, mines and factories, tall buildings, traffic stations, wharfs, parks, shopping malls, railways and construction sites, etc.
    The product features small size and nice exterior with its compact structure, making it convenient to repair. Debugging period of the product is short. Also, it reduces costs since it needs no men to guard it. Capable of accessing the load center of the power system,the product plays an important role in the improvement for the quality of power supply, the reduction of energy consumption, the reinforcement of the reliability and safety for the power supply system and the reconstruction of the power distribution network.
    Besides the components' accordance with their corresponding standards, products of this series also conform to the GB/T17467 standard High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.

    结构特点
    本系列产品箱体骨架结构采用槽钢、角钢构成,有较高的机械强度,可整体吊装和运输。
    外壳依照客户需要可选用不锈钢板、彩钢复合板、玻璃纤维丝水泥材料等。产品美观大方且具有良好的防腐、隔热、降噪等性能。
    各室之间均用隔板隔成各自独立的小室,变压器室装有防凝露温控排风自动化装置。
    为了方便监视和检修,变压器室、低压室、高压室均设有照明装置。

    Structural Features
    Channel steel and angle steel are used for the box framework of the products, therefore, the products are of high mechanical strength and can be hoisted and transported integrally.
    Stainless steel plate, color steel compound plate and glass fiber cement plate can be selected in accordance with customers' requests. The product is good-looking with good protection from corrosion, heat and noise.
    Each module is isolated with division plates, forming a small room; in the room of transformer, an automation unit for anti-condensation, temperature control and ventilation is provided.
    Illumination units are equipped in each room for supervision and repair.

    参考地基图 / Ground Plot Reference


    注:
    1、电缆室内壁及基础平台用水泥浆抹平,表面须平整,能均匀承受预装式变电站的重量。
    2、电缆室底面需向排污口略有倾斜,以免积水。
    3、进出线电缆室穿管的数量及管径,可根据用户的实际情况和进出位置来确定,管排间距不小于200mm。
    4、台基作法应符合JGJ16《建筑电气设计技术规程》有关规定。
    5、M、N由预装式变电站制造商提供。

    Note:
    1。 The interior surface of the cable room and the platform should be covered with cement and the surface should be flat to evenly bear the weight of the substation。
    2. The bottom of the cable room should incline towards the drainage outlet to prevent water residual.
    3。 The quantity and diameter of the inlet and outlet cable pipes can be determined depending on the actual condition and the position of the inlet and outlet wires, but the interval between the pipe and drainage should be longer than 200 mm。
    4. The construction of the platform should be in conformity with the rules in JGJ16 Technical Regulations for Electrical Design in Architecture.
    5. M and N are provided by manufacturer of prefabricated substations.
